Tampa, FL-- Know of a Hillsborough Country woman worthy of being inducted into a Hall of Fame? Well now is your chance to submit your nomination.

The Hillsborough County Commission on the Status of Women will select up to three outstanding women to induct into the 2013 Class of the Hillsborough County Women’s Hall of Fame, and they are accepting nominations now through November 16.

Tampa, FL--  Esurance, an online car insurance company owned by Allstate, plans to rapidly expand their presence in the Tampa Bay area. In order to do so, they intend to double the size of their current Tampa office by hiring tons of new people!

As of now, Esurance representatives say they have 20 current sales openings to fill. They will host three career fair events in various Tampa Bay locations for those interested in the positions.

The events are scheduled as follows:

Hillsborough County, FL--  A Health Advisory has been issued for the following beaches based on the criteria for enterococci bacteria recommended by the EPA:

• Ben T. Davis Beach
• Cypress Point Beach

This should be considered a potential risk to the bathing public.

Samples taken Monday were above threshold for enterococci bacteria. 

The beach will be re-sampled, October 8, and if re-sampling indicates that the water is within the satisfactory range, the advisory will be lifted
